dell laptop cannot access super-key.

Have been using a dell laptop and found out that I cannot access the Super-Key. Wanted to do a key remapping so that I set the position of the Super-Key as tho Alt-Key (Meta-Key).

But I could not access the Super-Key.

That still isn't a question. I see the game you're playing there, my 6-year old does that all the time.

Anyhow.

As far as I can see, you can access the Super-key (physically), and you want it to do a certain thing when pressed, but it doesn't. You don't know how to get into your system to change its behaviour. Correct so far?
