Debian Configuration Desired X Server Driver?!?!?!?!

Ok Ive installed Debain a couple of times now and I just cant get the XFree86 working right. Im not sure, but I think the problem is when im comfiguring the X Window System. It asks what my "desired X server drivers" are. Then it gives me a list, which i will put here:
vesa
apm
ark
ati
chips
cirrus
cyrix
fbdev
glide
glint
i128
i740
i810
imstt
mga
neomagic
nv
rendition
s3virge
savage
siliconmotion
sis
tdfx
tga
trident
tseng
vga
vmware

I have no idea what to pick. I tryed picking random ones earlier when installing, which never seems to work. Im running my old Dell Dimension 8200 with a Nvidia Geforce 3 video card. I hope someone can help me. If there is any other information needed to help with this please ask me and i will try to the best of my abilities to anwser them. lol Im definatly a .

Thanks a lot for all the help

Until such time as you download and install the
NVidia drivers from their site I'd suggest using
the nv driver ...

Ok I put nv as my driver and I think that part worked, but now when i tyoe in startx everything goes right until the end. It says

(EE) No Devices Detected

Fatal server error:
no screens found

What does that mean. Does anyone know how to fix that?

BTW I looked up my video card on Dell.com and all it said was that it was a AGP 4X, does that mean i need to pick a different driver then the "nv"?

Can you give me the output of
grep EE /var/log/XFree86.0.log (xorg.0.log if
that's what your deb uses)
and
lspci
?

Cheers,
Tink
