cronjob has its own environment, probably that causes your issues. But you gave no information about that "non-working jobs" so hard to say anything.
See related topics at the bottom.

What type of cron jobs?
Are they writing to directories for which they have write access? (typical issue in cronjobs and has nothing to do with cron script permissions)
WHERE se you entering the jobs? /etc/cron.* has occassionally proven problematic. use ~$ crontab -e if you're having problems.
Do certain jobs run OK?
If so, are they stored in the same place as the jobs which are not running?

as pan64 mentioned, we need more info

Read the "Question Guidelines" link in my posting signature. Unless you provide details, there isn't anything we can help with. You tell us NOTHING about the version/distro of Linux, post the script itself, tell us what the "some jobs" are, or really tell us anything. We can't guess.

Redirect the output of your script(s) to a log file, it will probably contain useful information about why it's failing. Usually it has to do with the different environment, namely cron's restricted PATH.

Can you post one cron job that isn't working? This would help answer your question.
