Creating A Yum Repository

Ive been having trouble installing TerminatorX
Yum cannot find TerminatorX when i try 'yum install TerminatorX'
because none of the repositories have it.
the speakeasy server does (got this from rpmfind.net...).
I could please use some help on crating the baseURL part of the repository!

The main part of the ftp server is
'ftp://speakeasy.rpmfind.net/linux/'
im think this would be a lot of headers as a baseURL(or could I use it?)

TerminatorX is located 'ftp://speakeasy.rpmfind.net/linux/SuSE-Linux/i386/9.0/suse/i586/terminatorX-3.81-81.i586.rpm'

The many Libs that terminatorX requires are in diferent places on the server (ex..'ftp://speakeasy.rpmfind.net/linux/fedora/core/development/i386/Fedora/RPMS/xorg-x11-libs-6.8.2-13.i386.rpm')

I am using Fedora Core 3. AmD 64 3000+(using i386 version of fedora though).
SO Since the rpm is for suse and i use fedora the $relasever variable shouldn't be used right?
Whats the baseurl that should i use...?

PLEASE HELP A NOOB OUT AND THANKS!!!!!

Use the yum.conf from http://www.fedorafaq.org which also has a nice howto for everything including importing gpg keys.
