Crash, reset, and network card failure

Yesterday, I was playing a game on Linux and it crashed, forcing me to press the reset button on the front of my computer. Now, however, whenever I boot up, Kudzu comes up and tells me that my network card and printer have been removed, then tells me it has found a new network card (same model) and wants me to configure it. No matter what I do I cannot get it to work and am stuck without internet on my Linux drive (which sucks, because it forces me to use Windows). Also, my USB printer is no longer detected at all. I can't find it as a local device. Please tell me how to fix this!

Thanks!

I'm sorry if this seems impatient but I'm stranded with Windows here, horror of horrors, and if I can't get Linux working I will have to reinstall it from scratch and I really don't want to have to lose everything. My system is really screwed up right now, and neither Linux upgrade tool nor the repair tool work at all. They say Anaconda has some critical problem and it reboots my system. I really need this resolved ASAP.

Thanks!

Thanks for the reply, kiddo. I've already fixed the problem on my computer using the most unfortunate solution possible: reinstalling Fedora from scratch, and beginning anew. This has since happened on another computer, so a solution would still be appreciated.
