dd will not copy files, it cannot handle files on unmounted volumes at all. dd can be used to make a copy of that partition and later you can work on that partition instead of a [possibly corrupted/damaged] device.
You may need to try testdisk or some other recovery tool.
I have a xfs volumn can not be mounted , , there are text file in it ,is thrtr any way to copy files from it ?
Try xfs_db (I have never tried it, but it should be able to retrieve your data, depending on the damage).
The problem with such tools: They are dangerous in the hands of laypersons, and you are one. Be very very careful when you use it; don't use any commands that modify the filesystem.
I just see that xfs_db has a read-only option. Recommended.

Make a copy of it, with dd or similar, & work on the copy, if you screw up, you can make another copy, if you use your disk, you'll lose whatever chance you had of recovering them.
