I need to know if this is possible, as I do like the KDE4 cursors.
Copied the cursors from /usr/share/icons to my document folder on /host, rebooted to Windows.
I read somewhere that they are related to PNGs, so I tried opening them in Photoshop, and it doesn't work.
What can a Win user do?
as i recall MS puts the cursors and system icons in a *.dll someplace ( it has been more than a few years since i edited them)
you can use MS Visual Studio to edit and add MS bmp icons to the .dll
possible -- yes -- easy ??? well , that is up to you .
Actually, they're in a similar folder; %windir%\cursors. Cursors come in .cur and .ani.
The other thing, the animated X11 cursors, are they PNG or GIF?
