Considering Fedora for Dell latitude CPx

Has anyone had any experience putting fedora (or comparable) onto a dell latitude laptop? I will be inheriting one today, and would like to put fedora on it, but I'm worried about the little things like...

Will the touch pad work right away?
How about the track-ball thing, will it work?
Any issues if I only have 128M RAM? Don't actually know what it has yet, but assume it'll be 128...
This laptop only has one drive bay, so you have to hook the floppy up via cable...any issues there?

Any and all pointers, advice, or warnings SINCERELY appreciated!

Thanks,

Jeff

I installed it last night matter of fact on a crappy Dell CPi with 128Mb of ram and the touchpad works etc.. I have a 6x DVD-Rom I loaded it off of. and it's decent in speed but the stupid pcmcia orinoco gold won't pick up. It shows it when booting but not enabled and it never lights up on the card. I'm new to the Linux ordeal but I'm eager to learn. I've loaded SuSE 9.1 on the Dell too and it won't pick up the wireless for some reason either. I've even loaded both distro's on a new Compaq EVO N800C and it won't show the wireless card.

Perhaps this could help:

OR

Found some good advice there before installing FC2 on my Acer....

Good luck
