clamtk 4.13

I'm trying to figure a way to change clamtk 4.12 to clamtk 4.13 release for my clamav. I have no luck thus far. Can anyone show me or atleast point me in the right direction.

I tried this one. No files of ".deb" extension,hence, I can't use dpkg.
