change clock from 24 hour to 12 hour in suse 9.2/KDE 3.3

For some reason, and I have been using Linux for a while, I can just not find out how to change the clock on the KDE panel from 24 hour time to 12 hour time! Can anyone help?

OPen Kde Control panel goto Regional & Accesability then to Country/Region & Language. Sholud be a tab that says "Time & Dates".
