CGI not parsing.... and more

Thanks to the help that I get on this site, I got my web server up and running, it's also running mysql and php fine.

Here's my problems;
I'm trying to run a cgi file (nph-proxy) but the server won't parse it, it'll just display the code. I have the perl location defined but that's about all I've done.

Question 2:
I have multiple sites, I have virtualhost all setup and working fine and 3 out of 4 sites are working nicely. The 4th site, which is a phpnuke based site is giving my errors all over the page. Since the server is still behind my firewall, I'll post a screenshot here.

Oops! I deleted the database and files so I can't reproduce the errors but they were something like undefined variable all over the place.

EDIT 2: I just attempted installing a fresh copy, I got this error in php nuke setup;
Notice: Undefined variable: Notwrite in /var/www/html/pnctest/INSTALLATION/installSQL.php on line 224
This for some reason looks like a mysql error.

For your first question: your web server (apache?) needs to be configured to execute scripts. I'm not sure straight off how to do this, but if you read the documentation for the server and try to find out about exec. In apache the option is called noexec I think, and you'd need to remove that. I think you also have to specify a directory (usually cgi-bin) where files should be executed.
