[SOLVED] Caps Lock lamp doesn't work in the terminal mode

Linux Mint 18.3 is installed on my notebook.

I switch to TTY by Ctrl + Alt + F1 pressing. In this mode Caps Lock lamp doesn't work - it is OFF always. I.e. Caps Lock switching works but its lamp is always OFF in the TTY mode and I don't see the Caps Lock current status. If I switch to UI by Alt + F7 then in this mode Caps Lock lamp work fine. If I switch back then I get the problem again.

How can I solve the problem?
