can apt repositories be mixed, redhat and connectiva??


i'me currently trying to install gnome on a stripped down redhat machine and found a repository for connectiva containing the files, can that repository be used with redhats apt-get??

I think you'll run into depency probs like in debian when you try to mix woody and sarge.
half of all the installed debs gets replaced if you just want one file from sarge.
But Debian has an option to mix stable/testing/unstable, so check that for redhat.
btw, why don't you try it with one file from the connectivia repository?
