Wink can a kconqueror browser be opened from a netscape window in client side


hai

can a kconqueror browser window can
be opened from netscape browser in client side.
another question is the applet that i have
developed runs perfectly in windows netscape
but not in linux netscape? anybodys knows the
reason

well, i'm not aware that netscape will open a konqueror browser, at least not without hacking the source quite a bit. it doesn't sound like something anyone would program it to do. i can't see where it would ever be necessary or helpful to do so.

for the plugin, it needs to be platform-independant for it to work under both o/s's. if you're using any libraries under windows that aren't available under linux, the program isn't going to compile or work.

actually one of the applets i developed was
running well in kbrowser, but not in netscape
especially the dynamic content. so i thought
about opening a kbrowser when some tries to
view it through netscape. but now i have
rectified the defect. it works perfectly in
linux also
