Question Can't enter into X- Desktop Environment

Friends ,
I am using Redhat Enterprise 3 server . Suddenly I got the following error into my server and I dont get into X Desktop Environment using "startx" or "init 5" :

"relocation : symbol-rtld-global-ro, version GLIBC_PRIVATE not defined in file ld_Linux.s0.2 with link time reference "

And sometimes any Linux command does not working. Plz inform me what is the problem and How can I get rid of this .

Waiting ur reply ... ...
