Can't install LibreOffice theme

Fedora 34
LibreOffice version - 7.1.5.2

I am currently trying to install this theme on LibreOffice and it's not showing up for some reason.

I downloaded it, then opened the extension manager for office and added it there. I checked in view-icon style and it doesn't show up there.

I opened the config folder where the themes are stored and it isn't shown there. Next I tried to use the other method which is to copy paste it to the config folder and I see a message saying 'could not paste files - permissions do not allow pasting files in this directory.' I then tried to remove the extension from the extension manager and then I noticed that the 'disable' and 'options' button for that extension there is greyed out for some reason. When I selected 'remove' I got this error message.

I know this theme should work because I remember it worked on Mint and the page says that it supports LibreOffice 7.

Mint is not Fedora.

Really I couldn't tell? /s

LibreOffice still works so it stands to reason it's extensions should still work. Or do you mean to tell me that Fedora has something that stops extensions from working

Did you look for the extension in the fedora repo?
Where did you download it from?

If you are running fedora and installed it from their repo then it should work for you.

EDIT:
I just tried following the instructions at that link you posted and on F34 none of those directories named for installing it exist. You will need to play around until you get it working or realize that the link you posted is from 2018 and things have changed a lot since that time.

I don't intend to use that theme so will not go down that rabbit hole.
