can't find print manager

I Ihave just downloaded Fedora Core Distr. for the second time. The first time I had some audio problems, but I had the Print manager. This time, there is no icon in the Gnome panel or under the System Tools menu for the print manager. My search tools got no result. Any idea how I can access it or is it possible it wasn't downloaded. Thanks

Does

http://localhost:631/

exist? Most distributions use CUPS (driver program),

http://www.cups.org/ .
