Cacti MRTG gives the problem, do not shows the graphs of a new network device.

Dear

I have installed the Cacti-MRTG on Linux fedora 8.0, it works nicely, showing the graphs of the devices, which was initially I added, but after some period (about 1 month), when I add a new network device which are a cisco cat-4000 core switch, it is added, but when I tray to create the graph of this new host, it gives me the error message,

Data Query [SNMP - Interface Statistics] Reload Associated Query
This data query returned 0 rows, perhaps there was a problem executing this data query. You can run this data query in debug mode to get more information.

not showing its interfaces, Remember that, the SNMP already configured in the switch, also in debug mode it shows all its interfaces.

Kindly resolve it, waiting for u r help.

Thanks,

Akram

Did you try running the query in debug mode? What verbose output do you get from the handler when you run it by hand?

Regards,
