Boot up Num Lock and Insert status

When I boot into linux my num lock is off and my insert is on, exactly the opposite of what I want. How can I reverse this?

if you put this in a existing startup script or create a new one this will turn on num lock on bootup

echo -n “Turning on numlock … “ for tty in /dev/tty[1-6] /dev/tty1[2]; do setleds -D +num done echo “done “
