bmp2html- how to run program in linux

hey guys,

i'm about to rip my hair out - i downloaded program called bmp2html (it converts bmp images to ascii text picture) and can't figure out wtf to do with it! i untarred it and now have a directory with:
args.c bmp2html globals.h Makefile TODO tux.bmp
args.h bmp2html.c GNUmake README TODO~ tux.html

i've tried ./confige, make, makefile, and clicking on all the programs how do i use this thing please!!!

looks like it already included the compiled executable, just run ./bmp2html
or copy bmp2html to one of your paths(usr/bin, /usr/local/bin etc) so you can run it anywhere.
