blocked download/burn

when I try downloading/burning wubi-ubuntu and having inserted a blank cd (as per instructions) to start using open source (ubuntu) an error box appears stating "no cd inserted. insert cd"and thats as far as I get and have tried over ten times. I am running windows 7 on a new dell inspiron laptop. I follow the directions closely.anyone recognise this problem ? As a newbie, and trying to install Ubuntu and looking for help and seeing somany requests for help I am becoming somewhat discouraged.I started out looking for an open source "office" as my new laptop only had the windows starter kit,and wanted another $200 bucks for their office.Assistance urgently required (I guess everyones request is "urgent" cheers, postdecoop.

No, a request is NEVER urgent, as this is a voluntary community, and that's just rude. Additionally you've already posted this once, so this will be closed as a duplicate.
