The user that is used to run the server is possibly not an actual user in /etc/passwd or is a misconfigured user.

Which version of Apache?

Cool

Probably bcoz the actual user is no longer connected to
our company and i deleted some of the users that
are no longer part of the company.

I dont know what version is the Apache coz im not the
1 installing the whole system. But i tried to use the command
rpm -q apache, and it says no apache installed. Is this the
right command to verify version?

I'd use:
rpm -qa | grep apache OR
rpm -qa | grep httpd

Cool
