bad EIP value

I keep getting bad EIP value on log out of Mandrake 9. This never happened with RedHat 8 or Suse 7.1.

I've done a search and the results talk about BIOS and changing things. Can anyone tell me an easy way to carect this. I am a real newbie!

Thanks in anticipation
Rose

I still have not heard your music. Could you please post the link again. Couldn't access in Windows for some reason.
