Post auditrpt segmentation fault

I am trying to run the command "auditrpt" in order to view multiple binary audit reports. I have tried to run the program on a few ocassions and get the error "Segmentation Fault".

I have entered the following syntax to run the command:

From the directory auditrpt is in I enter: ./auditrpt [logfile]
this presents me with the "Segmentation Fault" error.

When I just type: ./auditrpt
It gives me the usage.

I have looked up what "segmentation fault" is and it has something to do with trying to access memory not allocated to that command. I have also looked at other posts relating to this and they all involve programming. A topic I do not respond well to.

Can anyone pls. help me??? Many thanx
