Thumbs down Attaching my squid server(EL4) with windows 2003 Domain

I have made my squid sever up in my company and our people can able to browse internet.
But while they trying to access intranet that's our local server MFSER1 it say's "Name error the domain doesn't exist".
So that my system is not connected to domain anyway. so i need to contact the LOCAL DNS server for the system name identification... so can you help me in attaching my linux to windows domain.
