Question at startup pulseaudio slow down xfce

Here my problem, when I start xfce, pulseaudio make me wait 10 secondes. I'm wonder if I could reduce this wait by acting on pulseaudio. I'm wonder if I could disable it, or change it in daemon. I don't know exactly what but I will like my xfce to boot faster.

So you have an ArchLinux distro with an XFCE desktop environment.
The pulseaudio app takes 10 seconds to open.
Is this correct?

What are the specifications of your computer (cpu, ram, gpu)?
This may be a hardware or driver issue.

Also, I never need to open pulseaudio after changing the sound settings from the first install of the OS.
Do you need to open pulseaudio often?

pulseaudio with xfce

my computer is a i5 2400, 16gb ram, 1tb ssd. Pulseaudio is taking few seconds at the beginning of my xfce launch.
systemd-analyze --user blame give me:

6.869s pulseaudio.service
172ms gvfs-udisks2-volume-monitor.service
68ms xfce4-notifyd.service
18ms obex.service
10ms at-spi-dbus-bus.service
8ms dbus.socket
6ms xdg-user-dirs-update.service
6ms gvfs-daemon.service

other than this, i found out that my laptop with the same setting was getting 779ms for pulseaudio. I read an article about debugging pulseaudio (pulseaudio -k / pulseaudio -vvvvv).
