Are there "Accessability Controls" in any version of Linux similar to Windows?

Windows provides controls called Accessability Controls for various disabilties.
Things like Sticky Keys to hold down one or more keys so the user can press combinations.
Mouse Keys that let the user use the keypad as a mouse instead.

Are there any versions of Linux with these capabilities?

Thanks

Most of them, but that's more a function of the desktop environment (Gnome, KDE, etc.), than of Linux.

Both Gnome and KDE provide this, and come with most flavors of Linux. Not sure of other window managers.
