APT update problems and how to manage sources.list

I have 2 VPS on the same host provider.
Server 1 and Server 2 as seen in the screenshot below.
Server 1 has a nextcloud installation and i have previously been playing with certboot on it to issue the SSLertificates.

Server 2 on the right side, is a vanilla ubuntu 20.04 with nothing on it that i will be using to do experiments with and learning purposes.

So running "apt update" on server 1 fails with an error
server 2 updates without problems.
Both source.list files are very similar with almost the same repository servers.

I see there is a switch to force the updates anyway, but i am more interested in understanding why this happens being that the servers are very identical, and what causes these kind of problems, how to fix the repository files properly?
Will this error just go away if i force the update once or you have to hack into the system to make it permanent every time you encounter these issues?

Thank you guys

The problem does not seem to be dependent on the fact that these are VPS, so I'd like to work it as any old apt sources problem. We can also discard the machine that is working OK.
So to start with, please show us the FULL output of
Code:
sudo apt update
for the problematic machine.

The PPA has no release file. Either the path is incorrect or the PPA needs attention. Check the .list file and make sure the repository is correct, either /etc/apt/sources.list or a .list file in /etc/apt/sources.list.d. The path looks wrong, because there are two instances of 'certbot', but that might be correct, I don't know anything about certbot.

Please paste output inline between code tags () instead of screenshots. Screenshots are impossible to quote and are a pain to read.

Code:
http://ppa.launchpad.net/certbot/certbot/ubuntu focal
You need to disable this repository or select a flavour of Ubuntu that exists in this repository, focal is not available.

All I need is the text. Can you not copy-paste text?
