apache access logs


Hello

I am getting following in apache access logs

/usr/local/apache/logs/access_logs
292-0 - 0/0/311 . 0.46 2480 0 0.0 0.00 2.38 127.0.0.1 xx.xx.xx.xx OPTIONS * HTTP/1.0
293-0 - 0/0/79 . 0.34 2453 0 0.0 0.00 0.53 127.0.0.1 xx.xx.xx.xx OPTIONS * HTTP/1.0
294-0 - 0/0/357 . 1.04 2081 0 0.0 0.00 2.47 127.0.0.1 xx.xx.xx.xx OPTIONS * HTTP/1.0
295-0 - 0/0/136 . 0.06 2680 0 0.0 0.00 0.82 127.0.0.1 xx.xx.xx.xx OPTIONS * HTTP/1.0

What does it means, which scripts are causing it how it can be stopped.

How are we supposed to know?

Some local process is accessing web-pages?

127.0.0.1 is localhost .The computer you are sitting in front of .
without more info -- it is some local process -- what one ?????? who knows
