After you download Mandrake 10.0....

I have downloaded mandrake 10.0. When it was all said and done I realized that I have no idea how to order the files on the CDS. Is there a guid to which files go on which CDS.

Thank you.

they should just be ISO files that order themselves on the cds. they should be labeled CD1, 2, etc

Sorry, I should have been more clear. I did not download ISOs. There were no offical ISOs to download. Now I don't know what to put where.

it sounds like you probably downloaded the source for the cds. try looking at the site where you got the files from for the iso images. This site might help.

I'm downloading the first iso now from that site, but it's pretty slow. Just put annonymous as the login.

Kamkaz, the biggest difference between Mandrake 10.0 Community and Official is one thing: patches & updates. Official comes with the latest Mandrake updates, patches and bug fixes.

I would recommend Official over Community Edition as it is much more stable for me and seems to run better.
