A Q about gOS

Hi everyone,

I just read that gOS 2.0 is out. I searched their site for the answer to my question, but didn't find anything. Does anyone know if gOS comes with multimedia/proprietary stuff pre-installed? If not, is it easy to install them?

I can't speak for gOS 2, but in gOS 1 mp3 support is enabled by default, so I would guess other multimedia support is enabled as well.

The only caveat there is that my experience with gOS was on the gPC, which means it was pre-installed.

Also, gOS can be very limiting for a Linux user. So unless you're setting this up from Mom or equivalent, my advice is to try something else.
