910726 - how to sync time with a local server?

i've installed an ubuntu 10.10 on a virtualbox on a Windows 7 machine. the ubuntu server has no access to the internet. Windows 7's time is synced by Atomic Time Synchronizer with the internet. so, for syncing the ubuntu's time, the only way is to sync it with the Windows which is the only machine on the ubuntu's network with the correct time.
now i need to know how can i sync the ubuntu's time with Windows 7?
thx

Why don't you correct the network issue on the ubuntu server? The simple solution.

It should have an ethernet connection if it is hosted on the same machine as the W7 machine.
