<0>Kernel panic: Aiee, killing interrupt handler! In interrupt handler - not syncing

This is an error i get after resizing my partitions with Partition Magic 8.0. I had 2gb on windows (fat32), 1.8-1.9gb on linux (ext2) and like 100mb on linux swap. i took 400mb from fat32 and put 370mb to ext2 and 30mb to linux swap. everything went okay, windows started normally, but something was wrong with linux. Usually linux loads this way - "Loading linux (or smt like that) ............................. (running dots. like preloader or smt.) and after that goes "BIOS data check successful" and kernel loads, but after resizing partitions it froze on Loading linux. i thought maybe i should reinstall my slackware it isn't so hard so i did.. everytime i do it i get this kernel panic.
i can install slackware without getting this error only if i set to write only base linux system and few network packages. it works fine till i start to install new packages. i get the same kernel panic. i have to run e2fsck, it finds some errors and linux boots as usual but when i try to install again from cd it ends up with this kernel panic. any suggestions what to do?

Okay, sorry to say this, but when you resized your linux partition, you might of messed up your install. Chroot into your install (with a livecd) and give me the output of dmesg.
