Xsupplicant EAP module ARP fail

Hi all,
i developed an EAP authentication method for freeRadius and Xsupplicant, the auth. procedure goes well and i get associated to the Access Point (NAS) but the ARP protocol cant find anymore any hw address!
so i cant even ping a host. What should i do to resolve this problem?
i tried to insert manual ARP entry... but nothing. Ethereal gets only ARP request with no answer,
suggestions ?
kky
