Wireless Connection Constantly Dropping and Reconnecting

My wireless connection will not remain connected for longer than a few minutes at a time. It then loses its connection and then immediately reconnects.

I am using LinuxMint 7 although I have had this problem on all of the versions of Mint I have tried, 6, 7 , KDE editoin as wel as 64bit version.

I am using the following card.

I have been told to install the b43 driver as the STA driver is the default driver. However i read the ndraft properties are not available.
When trying to install this driver I never am able to even see the available networks.

I dont no if Im doing something wrong but I really need help.

Ive looked High and low for a fix but cannot find it.

Ive been in the Mint forums for a month trying to find a fix but with no luck.

if anyone can help me to install the b43 driver that would be graet.

Or if I have to NDISWrapper, although ive heard this driver to is not supported with my chipset
