Question Wired & wireless configuration problem

I want to configure wired network for printers and wireless for Internet access, but when I connect both, my Internet access goes down and when I disconnect my wired cable it comes back to normal. How can I configure the network settings to avoid this? The distros I'm using are Peppermint and Linux Mint

Thanks in advance!!

Please provide more information.

For example, I have one network which hosts both wireless and wired connections. Two computers and the printer connect via ethernet, additional devices connect via wireless, and they work together very nicely and can all see each other.

Are you trying to configure two separate networks with two separate subnets? (And I must ask, if so, why?)

And welcome to LQ.

Thanks for your reply!

I have 3 PC's with wireless & wired network cards, 2 printers (with wired cards only) set to a specific network range (192.150.39.xxx) and I want to configure each wired network card with the same IP range as the printers and use the wireless cards for Internet access via ISP wireless modem. The printers and PC's wired cards are connected to a switch. The problem is when I navigate via wireless the connection is interrupted because the wired cards and when I disconnect the cable, I can navigate with no problem. I think there is a problem with the configuration of each card, don't know if I do it correctly because I put static IP for the wired network in the PC's and printers and DHCP for the wireless. Hope this explains more about my problem and thanks again for the help!!!

You should know that is a public IP address range, see here for private address space...
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Privat...IPv4_addresses

Show us the following output (when ethernet connected and when not)
Code:
ip a
Code:
ip r
