Weird Wish :D

My problem is really weird and I even don't know if it has a solution.

I have a notebook with Windows XP and a PC with Fedora Core 3 in my room. But also, the PC is connected to a hub with 3 other computers(Windows XPs) connected in our house. Now, I connected my notebook(windows) to the PC(linux) and PC to the hub.

Really confusing so I will try to give a scheme of the network:

Notebook(XP) <- PC(Fedora) -> Hub
and
Hub -> 3 Other Windows XP Computers & PC(Fedora).

So I want to share and see all the computers from my notebook and want all other computers connected to the hub see me and share with this network configuration. Is there a way to manage this?

The person who gives the correct answer to this question will be awarded with smiles and thanks .

Anyway, thanks for all replies...

I assume you have 2 NICs in your Linux box.
You can try using the bridging tools simply giving your laptop a static IP (etc) and bridging both eth interfaces on the linux box. Brigde tools

you can also do this by using ipforwarding - I had some problems earlier on with this trying to do this by hand, but was in my earlier days and wasn't the network designer (rogue ap in the university)

Hope this gives you one direction
{Worth a try:I had a success earlier using the SuSeFirewall2 tools to set up something similar, I don't know if there is something similar with FC3}

[Have a look at this post, some nice pointers here for bridging]http://www.linuxquestions.org/questi...hreadid=310495
