I'm attempting to scan my default gateway. nmap says
Code:
> nmap -sV --allports 192.168.0.1
Starting Nmap 5.21 ( http://nmap.org ) at 2012-10-07 16:41 Central Daylight Time
Note: Host seems down. If it is really up, but blocking our ping probes, try -PN
Nmap done: 1 IP address (0 hosts up) scanned in 2.49 seconds
The host with that ip does reply to pings though.
Code:
> ping 192.168.0.1

I know for a fact port 80 is open. I am able to use a web-browser with it.
