Webserver error..cant trace daemon

Hi guys am running lammp as a webserver and until this morning i cannot start the apache server. True red hat has its apache server but i have killed al the processes coming from it.I dont seem to see where another server daemon is running.
When i run netstat -lnp | grep '0.0.0.0:80'
I get this:netstat -lnp | grep '0.0.0.0:80'
But i dont know what other process is running that address.
I also tried lsof -l | grep httpd and i get nothing!

When i try to restart the server i get the following messege:
Starting httpd: (98)Address already in use: make_sock: could not bind to address [::]:80
no listening sockets available, shutting down
Unable to open logs
[FAILED]

Any help will really be appreciated

As root user try "lsof -nlMPi tcp:80" or "fuser -n tcp 80". Restart Apache as root. If that doesn't work maybe use Apache's "test" switch to check your config?
