VPN?

Hello

I have a server free in the www (as a gateway) with 3 IPs: 100.101.102.103 (IP_E_1) on eth0, 100.101.102.104 (IP_E_2) on eth0.1, 100.101.102.105 (IP_E_3) on eth0.2.

Additionally I have 3 servers in my local network: 192.168.1.50 (IP_I_1), 192.168.1.51 (IP_I_2), 192.168.1.52 (IP_I_3).

What should I do to get the following situation:
- all the traffic that reachs the IP IP_E_X is tranfered to IP_I_X as if the local machine would receive it
- all the traffic leaving the local machine from IP_I_X, leaves the external server from the IP IP_E_X

The three local servers should communicate with the local network as before.

Any idea? Or any suggestion to some concept?
Encryption is not a requirement.

Thank you,
qawse
