USB driver for Toshiba 1100 modem

I have been trying to locate a driver to connect my pc running redhat 7.3 to Toshiba cable modem thru USB port (ethernet port in my modem stop working after a nasty thunderstorm). Toshiba has no USB drivers for LINUX. I was wondering if anyone could help me out.

Thanks
