Arrow url packet sniffing?

tcpdump shows me network activity like who goes to what websites etc. Is there a program that can monitor the packets and record them in a way I can come back later and take a look? I'm primarialy interested in what computer goes to what websitse.

...and I can't simply record a week's tcpdump to a file and look at it later - internet radio station listeners cause tons of packets a second - that file'd be HUGE

thanks!
