Unhappy urgent help

Hi all,

Actually I'm trying to connect from a workstation running Ms Windows Mellenium to a MacOS.10 runnig Apache as it's web server in a LAN.every thing is ok with Apache.I mean I can connect to it via other MacOs or through itself as well. The surprising point is that I can ping from Me to Mac but I can't connect to it's http port 80 or ftp port or telnet.I don't see why!
By the way I set the tcp/ip protocol in Me and I've assigned an ip address to it's ethernet card(192.168.22.2) in the same class as Mac Os(192.168.22.1) .Should I add sth else to get it work?U know I'm completely confused.I have no idea about the problem.Pls help me solve it.

many thanx in advance
mimi
