Question upnp and DHCP - DHPC connections don't renew their upnp settings (upnpd / dnsmasq)

When a computer gets an IP through DHCP any running programs on that computer does not send UPnP requests to forward their port.

Is there some way to make upnpd to send an advertisement when a computer has got an IP through DHCP?

I'm using upnpd for upnp connections and dnsmasq for DHCP requests.
