Unknown bandwidth usage

Hi,

I use Linux 9.0 in my office as mail server. Postfix 2.1 is installed in it. It has been working perfectly for past one year. For past two days i see the bandwidth being used completely. I use IPTRAF to monitor bandwidth usage. IPTRAF shows the server's MAC address is using more bandwidth. I stopped postfix service but still the bandwidth usage doesn't stop. I dont know how to find which is using my bandwidth. Can anyone pls help me ?

Thanks in advance

Regards
Venkat

What do you mean by linux 9.0 ? is it the version of your distro?
Do you have a firewall installed?
Post the result of this :
# /sbin/iptables -L
and
# netstat -nopa | grep LISTEN | grep "*"
Regards
