Uhm...where is KPPP?

I was delighted to see some new HSF modem drivers released for Mandrake 9.1. So I followed the instructions and got them installed.

From what I gather, I need to set up KPPP to dial out. Problem: Where the hell is this program? I've typed it on the command prompt, but it isn't recognized. I've looked in the KDE menus and can't find it there. I figure it isn't installed for whatever reason, but can't find it listed in any of the packages.

Any help would be appeciated!

Yeah, it's not installed. And I can't find out HOW to install it, either. I went to the Install Packages option, and installed the KDENETWORKsomething-something package. But that didn't install KPPP either.
