hi!

i want following class to drop no packets what can i do ?

class htb 1:12 parent 1:1 prio 2 rate 192Kbit ceil 192Kbit burst 1844b cburst 1844b
Sent 1772360 bytes 19987 pkts (dropped 2216, overlimits 0)
rate 12381bps 139pps
lended: 19987 borrowed: 0 giants: 0
tokens: 58034 ctokens: 58034
