traceroute
I am running slackware 9.1. I am on a cable modem. The connection is shared with a D-Link router (DI-604). It uses DHCP and the 1st hop is 192.168.0.1 (The router). Then after the router it goes to the cable modem, and it says it is timed out. I can browse the internet/ftp/play games etc. But the traceroute does not show any ping times after the first hop. Any ideas? Thanks
