tor + gnome + amule question

Hi there,

I've recently installed tor on my computer (running FC6). At first I couldn't get it work at all even after I've followed multiple online tutorials. Finally I resolve the issue: in Gnome , under system preferences I also needed to configure the "Network proxy" option.
The thing is that I don't to what extent this affects other settings and since a use aMule I want to make sure that I don't use any bandwidth of tor's network when aMule is running.

thanks in advance

edit: to moderators/admins

please delete this thread, for some reason the "network proxy" option, even when not configurated, isnt't an issue anymore go figure.
