I would first ensure that what you think you are seeing actually is what is going on by monitoring available network bandwidth and throughput for say twenty four hours. If throughput really degrades then I would look at system logs for any clues. If none then I would compare wireless kernel module configuration, 'net-related sysctls and network configuration in each setup. If they're really the same then I would compare versions of the kernel, wireless kernel modules and userland wireless tools for any improvements a different version may have brought.

Yes I am monitoring it for loang time. What logs do you want?syslog or network monitor logs? I checked network configuration and it is identical! My kernel version in suse is 3.1.0 and in ubuntu it is 2.6.35. I am a newbie in linux so can you please tell me how to change kernel module and from where to get it? thanks for the reply.
